The winners of the Portland Courtyard Housing Design Competition

Update: The contest website posted the winners this morning!

The winners of the Portland Courtyard Housing Design Competition were announced Wednesday but won’t be posted on the website until late November.

But thanks to the Daily Journal of Commerce and the diligent commenters (bzar and Alison Ryan) on the Portland Architecture Blog we know the winners.

Winners in the inner Portland infill category were:

First: Keith Rivera of Santa Barbara.

Second: Lucas Posada, Kai Yonezawa Peter Keyes and Tyler Nishitani of Portland.

Third: Steven Bull, Dan Rusler and James Steel of Seattle.

HM: Don Rattner of New York.

Winners in the outer Portland infill category were:

First: Emory Baldwin, Shirley Tomita, Masumi Saito, Lara Norwind and Jocelyn Freilinger of Seattle.

Second: Matthew Goyke, Rhonda Goyke, Steven Gangwes, Morris Onishi and Ethan Levine of Honolulu.

Third: Steven Dangermond and Christopher Kean of Portland.

HM: Jerome Burgos and Matthew Priest of New York.
