Best KFC-themed blog post ever

Posted on 28 November 2007

beerdrinkerkfc.jpgRick at the Portland blog Beerdrinker.org is a friend of mine, and also quite a character.

In a recent post, Further adventures of the Kentucky Colonel, he documents his Halloween adventures as the famous colonel.

Where would Colonel Sanders go out for lunch? Why Popeye’s Chicken and Biscuits of course!

I can’t help but wonder what’s going through the minds of those two customers that pose with the Colonel in the parking lot.

  2. I always wonder about people who pose with strangers in costume for photos or have photos taken of themselves behind those wooden things with the face cut out of them or get people to take pictures of them just standing there with some scenery miles and miles behind them. Are all those photos really going to make it into the family album or are they destined for a life in an old shoe box?

  3. As long as the people in the photos are having fun, it doesn’t matter where the photos end up
