I'm very disappointed. Here I thought Portland was this amazingly healthy, progressive city. Tsk, tsk. We haven't been allowed to smoke anywhere indoors for yonks. On the upside, you actually have stuff to do on Jan. 1st besides sitting around the house in your pajamas I can’t believe smoking has been allowed in Portland all this time. I’m very disappointed.
