The Deschutes Brewery Portland Pub (210 NW 11th) is throwing a Street Fare on Thursday, August 12 from 5pm until 9pm. A benefit for Morrison Child and Family Services, this street fare fair features street carts: Potato Champion, Whiffies, Grilled Cheese Grill, Ali Baba’s, Mum’s Kitchen, Slow & Low, Garden State, Oregon Ice Works, Pyro Pizza, and the Flavour Spot– whew! And of course, there will beer from Deschutes.
Music will be provided by Sallie Ford & The Sound Outside, AgesAndAges, and the busking stylings of Loch Lomond and Luzulena, and Paul from Y La Bamba.
Tickets can be bought online or at the gate. Entry is $5, and includes the first food and beer taster. Additional food tickets are $4, and the Sampler Pass is $25. Visit the event website for more details and ticketing options, including a table of six!
