Celebrate Wonder Woman Day V this Sunday, October 24 2010 at Excalibur Comics (2444 SE Hawthorne).
This free heroic charity event takes place during Domestic Violence Awareness Month, and is a benefit for Portland’s Bradley Angle organization, Raphael House, and other domestic violence programs.
Again this year, it’s official; Mayor Sam Adams has declared Sunday to be Wonder Woman Day in Portland!
From noon until 6pm, fans can take photos with Real Live Super-Heroes & Heroines, participate in raffles and a silent auction, and meet famous comic book artists. An Outdoor Block Party features Special Super-Hero & Sci-Fi Guests.
