Updated for 2012: season 2!
Don’t have a TV? Don’t have the Independent Film Channel? Watch Portlandia, if you’re into that sort of thing, at the Portland venues listed below.
Portlandia season 2 airs of Fridays, beginning on January 6, 2012.
[The IFC broadcast is at 10pm Portland time. Note the different air times for the venues below!]
Watch each episode of Portlandia at 7pm at the Mission Theater (1624 NW Glisan). Doors open at 6pm. Must be 21 or over to get in, and entrance is free!
Not much soccer on TV Friday Nights, so 4-4-2 Soccer Bar (1739 SE Hawthorne) will be showing Portlandia each Friday night at 7:00pm! )
Tanker Bar (4825 SE Hawthorne) will be showing Portlandia this year when it does not conflict with Trailblazer Games. Check Facebook and Twitter for updates.
North Portland’s Leisure Public House (8002 North Lombard) will be hosting screenings of Portlandia – stay tuned to Twitter and Facebook for updates.
East Burn (1800 E. Burnside) will be playing a Season 1 marathon starting at 4pm on Friday, January 6, followed by the Season 2 premiere on heated patio and in the downstairs taproom!
Watch Portlandia at the appropriately named food cart pod Cartlandia (intersection of 82nd and Springwater Corridor) Season one marathon on the big flat screen followed by season 2 premier. covered seating, fire pits and good food. Check Twitter for more details. (hat tip Jessica!)
Via Twitter we learn that the Radio Room (1101 NE Alberta) will also be showing Portlandia again this year.

Please leave comments below if you know of other places that should be included on this list. I’m also waiting for confirmation from a few venues that regularly showed Portlandia last year.

The Hollywood Theater also shows it at 10. Although unfortunately, they don’t ALWAYS show it, it had gotten pre-empted at least once.
