June 19, 2012 by Dave Leave a Comment

Sunday ParkwaysThe second of five 2012 Sunday Parkways takes place this Sunday, June 24, 2012 in North Portland.

From 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. on wind your way on bike or foot through mostly residential streets free of car traffic, from one park to the next. This year’s route is 9.5 miles long.

Our oldest route, North Sunday Parkways, has grown in mileage and participants. In order to get all of you around the route we are completely closing Willamette Blvd. from Fiske to Rosa Parks Way. Enjoy activities, food, vendors, music, and fun at Peninsula, Arbor Lodge, Kenton, and McCoy Parks; plus Columbia Annex and Willamette Bluff.
