To recap, the weekend really starts on Thursday this week; let your boss know!
Brewers Festival Opening Parade
At 10am gather at the Rogue Ales Public House (1339 NW Flanders). Tickets at the door are $15. That gets you brunch, a pint, a t-shirt, and a kazoo. The parade to the waterfront starts at 11am. More info here (pdf).
Taps open at noon. Get there early, get sunburned, get in line for the Honey Pot. I won’t give you any tasting advice because you’re a Portlander and already know all about beer!
Game begins at 7pm. It’s a Thirsty Thursday so beer is (relatively) cheap (and served is smaller cups) at PGE Park, and your first place Timbers are a damn good team this year; you’d be a fool to miss this one!
