Portland’s weekly answer to MST3K, the 7th Planet Picture Show, takes place at 7pm this Thursday, October 14 2010 at the Mount Tabor Theater (4811 SE Hawthorne).

Shakespeare’s famous play is updated to the hip modern suburb of Verona still retaining its original dialogue. The gun-toting members of the families wage a vicious war on the streets as the star-crossed lovers, their tragic destiny.
Show is free, but there’s an entirely optional suggested donation of $5. There’s a bar too, so you must be 21 and over to attend!
