The final Cort and Fatboy Midnight Movie of 2010 takes place Friday, December 3 at the Bagdad Theater (3702 SE Hawthorne).
Cort and Fatboy are closing out the 2010 Midnight Movie series with a smorgasbord of holiday ridiculousness. For the same 3 dollar ticket price as every other midnight movie, audience members will not only get admission to a 35mm screening of Bill Murray’s way-ahead-of-its-time satire “Scrooged,” but also a screening of David Walker’s short film “Black Santa’s Revenge,” starring Ken Foree as a shotgun-toting Santa out for vengeance, and the first ever episode of “Cort and Fatboy” to be recorded live in front of a studio audience, with every single regular guest of the show onstage at the same time.
For this very special Midnight Movie event, the doors of the Bagdad open early. At 8:30pm Cort and Fatboy present Faces of Meh – Live! At 10:30pm David Walker’s Black Santa’s Revenge will be shown, followed by Scrooged at 11pm. Admission is still only $3, and you have to be 21 or over.
