More Portland-style Movie Making with Mike Vogel

January 18, 2010 by Dave Knows Leave a Comment

Heather and I had a blast last month as tourists on the set of Mike Vogel‘s latest feature, Did You Kiss Anyone? a romantic comedy about marriage, sex, and shi**ing with the door open. So when Mike twittered recently that he needed extras for a couple bar scenes this weekend, we jumped at the opportunity to “work” with him again.

Sunday afternoon found us at the Sellwood Public House (8132 SE 13th), pretending to be customers while a hilarious scene unfolded behind us at the bar, starring local actors Mercedes Rose, and Bryce Flint-Somerville. Jason Singh and Holly [sorry, didn’t catch her full name!] had small parts too.
