The Beaumont Business Association presents the Fremont Festival of Lights (also known as the Beaumont Festival of Lights) this Friday, December 9, 2011 from 5pm to 9pm on NE Fremont between 42nd and 51st.
The event will include Santa & Mrs. Clause arriving by our local PDX fire engine to be delivered to Santa’s Village at Foot Traffic. [more]

The 3rd annual Season’s Eatings takes place this Saturday, December 10, 2011 at New Deal Distillery (1311 SE 9th).
From 11am to 6pm some of the region’s best chocolates, cheeses, wines, spirits, charcuterie, baked goods, and more will be available to sample and purchase, and it’s all a benefit for the Oregon Food Bank. [more]
The 4th annual Amnesia Winter Ale Fest takes place Saturday, December 10, 2011 at the brewpub (832 N Beech).

The 21st annual Tuba Christmas Concert at Pioneer Courthouse Square takes place this Saturday, December 10, 2011.
Over 200 tuba and euphonium players participate in this free holiday music concert. The conductor is Charles Bolton, and musicians come from all walks of life and experience level. [more]
